Level One

• This room features a 16’ x 16’ stage with built-in lighting and sound system amidst a club-style room. Stage can be reconfigured to 20’ x 24’ or 8’ x 8’.
• Load-in is located on the Lea Street side of the building through a rolling garage door or double doors.
• There are no private dressing areas for this venue, but there are men’s and women’s restrooms located on the same level.
• Standing room capacity is 500; please ask about seated options and capacity.
• There is a small coffee bar and concessions area that can be open or closed for your event.
